ATHLETE PROGRAM
The Competitive Athlete Program involves the development of an individualized strength and conditioning program for each athlete. Titan will develop a program that allows the athlete unlimited access to all the training resources of the center. Training is performed with a trainer on an appointment-only basis, with a maximum number of 5 supervised sessions per week. Most athletes will average between 3-5 sessions per week, depending on the training cycle.

ATHLETE FAMILY
Memberships of two or more family members trained in the same session. Each additional membership after the initial membership will be discounted $50.00 per month.
ATHLETE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM
Focused on maintaining peak fitness level during in-season athletic participation. Program will address major areas of performance including: power/strength, speed, agility, quickness, anarobic endurance and flexibility. Includes 6 supervised training sessions per month.Members enrolled in the Competitive Athlete Program for at least 2 months are eligible for this program. The Competitive Athlete Maintenance is available for a maximum of three months.
