CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FIT Circuit
Tuesday & Thursday 8:00am - 9:00am & 9:00am - 10:00am
Our cardiovascular/strength training combo class to kick off a great start to the day! This class is geared toward building cardiovascular strength while strengthening and defining long, lean muscles.

This class really energizes you by alternating cardiovascular exercise with strength training (machines and free weights) at a quick, timed pace. Begin with a heart-pumping, 10-minute cardiovascular warm-up in our cardio room.Then 25 solid minutes of muscle-strengthening using machines, stability balls and free weights. It concludes with a 15-minute invigorating whole-body stretch and light ab work.

Strength Circuit
Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am - 10:00am
This class is a great whole-body strength training regimen utilizing weight machines and free weights. This format keeps your heart rate at high, optimal levels by moving quickly from one exercise to another.

The class begins with a 10-minute cardiovascular warm-up, then a 35-minute strength circuit and a 15-minute whole body stretch to keep our tighter muscles limber.

Golden Gears Senior Circuit - New Format!
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 1:00pm - 2:00pm
A great mid-day workout for our over-55 crowd!

This is our most dynamic, instructor-led circuit workout for every fitness level. Starting with a 10-minute cardiovascular warm-up then onto a 30-minute balance, stability and agility exercises. The class continues with a 30-minute strength training circuit using our machines and free weights.

Open Hours
Come in and work out at your own discretion. This is your time to “do your own thing.” Use our free weights, our weight machines or our cardio equipment moving at your own pace and staying as long as you need. A qualified staff member can assist you with any questions you may have. If you require more individualized attention, personal training is available.
