| Biomechanical evaluation with a Certified Muscle Activation Therapist |
| Therapeutic exercise programs focusing on rehabilitation, prevention and return to activity following injury |
| Nutritional consultation with a Registered Dietician |
| In-depth focus on proper biomechanics and exercise technique |
All clients must have a Titan gym membership to purchase Personal Training.
The membership initiation fee will be waived for those who are purchasing Personal Training.
